Reston, Va. – Four business units of General Dynamics (NYSE:GD) will be among the exhibitors at Sea-Air-Space 2026, scheduled for April 19-22, at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland.

Following is a list of General Dynamics products and solutions that will be displayed in booth 623.

Bath Iron Works

Arleigh Burke-Class Destroyers (DDG 51) Lead Yard and New Construction: Bath Iron Works is the Lead Yard for the DDG 51 Program and builds Flight III DDG 51s at our shipyard in Bath, Maine. The ship’s Vertical Launching System (VLS), advanced anti-submarine warfare system, two embarked MH-60R helicopters, Tomahawk missiles and advanced anti-aircraft missiles give the Arleigh Burke class outstanding combat capability characteristics.

Planning Yard: Arleigh Burke-Class Destroyers (DDG 51) and Zumwalt-Class Destroyers (DDG 1000) Our Planning Yard consists of engineers and designers who provide fleet services to all the ships currently in the Navy’s fleet of each class, helping them stay at sea longer and at less cost. Services include availability planning and execution support, on-site design and logistics support, class configuration management and emergent support to fleet and deploying battle groups.

Electric Boat

Virginia Payload Module (VPM) Block V Submarines: To replace retiring Ohio-class SSGNs, Virginia-class Block V submarines, including Arizona (SSN 803), feature a new mid-body section adding four vertical launch tubes, increasing missile capacity from 12 to 40. This innovation enhances firepower, endurance and flexibility for other payloads like unmanned underwater vehicles and special operations equipment.

Columbia Class Submarine Program: Electric Boat is the prime contractor on the design and construction of the Columbia class submarine program. Arguably the most complex machines ever made, submarines of the Columbia class will be the largest submarines ever built by the United States at two-and-a-half-times the size of the existing Virginia-class attack submarines. Ships of the class will have a life-of-ship reactor, eliminating the need for refueling and making each ship more cost-effective to operate while maximizing time of deployment. Superior acoustical performance and state-of-the-art sensors will make the Columbia class the quietest, stealthiest and most capable submarines ever built.

NASSCO

The John Lewis class of Fleet oilers are designed to transfer fuel to Navy aircraft carrier strike groups, amphibious ready groups and surface vessels operating at sea. The oilers feature the capacity to carry 162,000 barrels of oil, a significant dry cargo capacity, aviation capability and a maximum speed of 20 knots. NASSCO designed the new vessels with double hulls to protect against oil spills and strengthened cargo and ballast tanks. The vessels measure 742-feet in length with full load displacement of 49,850 tons. The T-AO replenishment oiler is a critical component of the modern fleet that provides aviation and diesel fuel, as well as dry and refrigerated cargo to forward deployed Navy ships.

The AS(X) Submarine Tenders are being designed by NASSCO to replace the Navy’s legacy tenders stationed in the Western Pacific. Currently undergoing contract design by NASSCO Engineering, these next-generation vessels are a critical component for supporting the future submarine force, specifically engineered to include servicing for Virginia Block V and Columbia-class submarines. These highly capable vessels serve as mobile maintenance hubs, providing the essential repair services and material support required to keep the submarine force forward deployed and combat-ready.

General Dynamics Mission Systems

MainTAIN™ is a commercial enterprise asset management system that meets Navy maintenance requirements, designed with inputs from Government Programs of Record (PORs) for configuration management. As a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) product, MainTAIN is configurable to be used in various maintenance environments. It is scalable to accommodate all ship platforms and provide asset management and planning services to the Navy. MainTAIN aligns with the Navy’s Model Based Product Support (MBPS) plan.

Dynamic ASSIST™ (Advanced System Integration Structure) increases operational effectiveness of manned and unmanned vessels by fusing native and non-native sensors. It passively receives under-utilized data from sources such as the Navigation Radar, AIS, JREAP and Link 16, and consolidates all the tracks into a single real-time common operational picture. Dynamic ASSIST provides improved situational awareness by adding a display that allows the operator to see tracks from multiple sources at a single interface. In addition to displaying data on standard 2D maps, Dynamic ASSIST provides a 3D display of track location and 3D weapon and sensor coverage zones.

The Bluefin®-21 is a modular autonomous Unmanned Underwater Vehicle (UUV) able to carry multiple sensors and payloads at once. The Bluefin-21 carries a high energy capacity that enables extended operations in extreme conditions and at the greatest depths. The Bluefin-21 is designed for ease of operations and can be deployed from various ships of opportunity worldwide. The Bluefin-21 is ideal for a variety of applications, including search and salvage, archaeology and exploration, oceanography, mine countermeasures (MCM), unexploded ordnance (UXO) and carrying other payloads of need.

MEDUSA (Mining Expendable Delivery Unmanned Submarine Asset) is a tactical, clandestine mining system using an expendable unmanned underwater vehicle (UUV) that can be launched from a submarine torpedo tube. The Navy is developing MEDUSA to address the need for an advanced maritime mining system with long-range offensive mining capabilities. General Dynamics Mission Systems was awarded a contract to design, test, and deliver the MEDUSA system. Rapid prototyping has successfully informed key elements of the design, ensuring that the system will perform to the Navy's operational requirements.

STRMS (Surface Training & Readiness Management System) is a comprehensive tracking and readiness system that supports unit readiness, individual watchstander qualification/experience/proficiency, tactical warfare competency tracking in support of the Surface Warfighting Combat Training Continuum, career progression and milestone accomplishment. STRMS provides a single integrated system that supports the aggregation of multiple databases and facilitates the capability to manage Personnel Qualification Standards (PQS), Training, Watch Team Replacement Plans, Watchbills Schedules/Fatigue Risk Management, Performance Assessment and Watchstation Proficiency.

TACDS®, our tactical cross domain solution (CDS), enables high-value information to be shared and transmitted across different security domains across the most austere environments. TACDS empowers the warfighter to share the right data with the right people at the right time.

TACLANE® High Assurance encryption solutions are interoperable and certified, providing widely deployed classified voice and data protection for national security systems, information and networks at the highest levels.

The Sectéra® vIPer™ Universal Secure Phone allows you to easily switch between making end-to-end secure and non-secure calls on Voice over IP and analog networks, eliminating the need for multiple desktop phones.

The ProtecD@R® Multi-Platform Encryptor (KG-204) provides high speed classified Data at Rest protection for unmanned systems.

The GEM® One Encryptor Manager is a robust, easy to use enterprise-level remote encryptor management solution that enables administrators to visualize and manage a network of dispersed encryption devices from anywhere in the network.
