About STRMS

STRMS provides a single integrated system that supports the aggregation of multiple databases and facilitates the capability to manage Personnel Qualification Standards (PQS), Training, Watch Team Replacement Plans, Watchbills Schedules/Fatigue Risk Management, Performance Assessment, and Watchstation Proficiency. Features of STRMS include:

  • Retrieval and aggregation of information from multiple databases

  • Efficient watchbill design with embedded qualification tracking

Fleetwide deployment of STRMS to Guided Missile Destroyers (DDGs) is underway with a mandate to complete all 75 DDGs in 2026. Installations on Nuclear-powered Aircraft Carriers (CVNs) will continue in 2026 and expand to Amphibious Assault Ships and Independence-class Littoral Combat Ships in 2027.
