Advanced Software Engineer

Basic Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred. Must have one of the following: C++, Java or Python.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:
As an Advanced Software Engineer for Progeny, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for our TCS team.

What sets you apart:

• 5 years experience with complex software engineering environments
• Experience with DevOps pipelines and Agile Development procedures
• 5 years experience with C#, Java or related programing language
• Preferred:
• Knowledge of SWFTS or BYG-1
• Experience managing and developing CI build infrastructure

Target salary range: USD $121,192.00/Yr. - USD $134,447.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
