FAIRFAX, Va. – General Dynamics Missions Systems will be an exhibitor at the Air & Space Forces Warfare Symposium, scheduled for March 3-5 at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in Aurora, Colorado.
Chris Long, vice president and deputy general manager for the Space, Cyber and Intelligence Systems line of business at General Dynamics Mission Systems will join a panel of industry and government leaders as they discuss “Securing the Supply Chain,” Tuesday, March 4 at 4:30 p.m. in Room Colorado B.
Following is a list of General Dynamics Mission Systems products and solutions that will be displayed at the event.
Next Gen Survival Radio: The Next Generation Combat Survival Radio (NGSR) is a U.S Air Force-led program for the DoD Joint Force providing line-of-sight voice and secure, over-the-horizon, two-way data communications that help combat search and rescue teams quickly locate, authenticate and rescue downed pilots and isolated military personnel. The radio sends encrypted global positioning information, user identification and situation reports to provide rescue teams and aircraft operating in hazardous conditions with quick and accurate location information. The new NGSR radio is significantly smaller, lighter and has better power efficiency than previous CSAR radios.
Secure Multi-Function Processing: General Dynamics Mission Systems will be exhibiting a variety of mission processing, stores processors, and multi-level security capabilities designed to accelerate capability insertion and deployment, and enable joint all-domain operations with a secure, multi-level computing infrastructure. Our Multi-Function Processors are integrated with multi-level security and cross-domain solutions and feature both an air-cooled and liquid cooled option. We are also featuring Network Attached Storage system that feature Integrated Type 1 Encryption or Integrated MLS storage. Our Stores Management Systems are open mission system-based and support both Universal Armament Interface and Mil-Std-1760E.
URC-300® Transceiver: The URC-300 is a versatile platform that supports multiple waveforms and provides exceptional radio frequency (RF) performance to support ground-to-air, line-of-sight and other mission critical applications. It provides interference-free communications in highly congested environments and improves immunity to outside interference such as other airfield channels, Wi-Fi transmitters, and commercial FM broadcast towers. Users can operate multiple URC-300s as close as 6.5 feet apart without interference, an unprecedented capability compared to currently available tactical man-pack radios that require at least 50 to as much as 115 feet of separation. This close proximity capability enables rapid grab-and-go, multi-channel operations during emergency situations.
Sentinel: General Dynamics has more than 65 years of experience supporting the strategic deterrence triad, both for U.S. Air Force Intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) programs and U.S. Navy Strategic Weapons System programs. We are continuing this important work as a member of Northrop Grumman’s Nationwide Team for the U.S. Air Force’s Sentinel Program. Our team is executing the design and production of critical elements of the Command and Launch Segment for Higher Authority Communications and Codes and Cryptography, and producing strategic-grade components for the program’s Aerospace Vehicle Equipment segment.
Aircrew Alerting: General Dynamics Mission Systems is a trusted partner for aircrew alerting, providing immediate aircrew alerting capability at fixed and transportable sites using secure, modular, and open system architectures for support and upgradability.
Next Generation Load Device-Medium (NGLD-M): Working with the U.S. Army, General Dynamics Mission Systems is building the NGLD-M that will manage and transfer cryptographic key material and mission planning data in a ruggedized hand-held device. Designed to replace aging Simple Key Loader fill devices, the NGLD-M transfers NSA-generated cryptographic keys to tactical, strategic, and enterprise network systems operating from unclassified up to the highest levels of security classification.
Secure Network Processor (SNP): The newly-released SNP provides secure networking and data-transport mission payload functionality enabling SmallSats to seamlessly and securely link into proliferated Low Earth Orbit (pLEO) constellations faster and easier than ever before. The SNP encompasses all requirements into one fully-integrated and Rad-tolerant SWaP-optimized unit that meets the most demanding LEO orbits, including Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture (PWSA) and large constellation orbits.
TACDS: General Dynamics Mission Systems is designing, building and delivering data protection products and solutions to secure our Nation’s critical information. TACDS®, our tactical cross domain solution (CDS), enables information to be shared and transmitted across different security domains across the most austere environments. Our CDS empowers the warfighter to share the right data with the right people at the right time.
truMLS: TheGeneral Dynamics Mission Systems truMLS Multilevel Security Solution is an open platform solution that eliminates the need for multiple networks, applications, and endpoints at varying security and access levels. By streamlining multilevel information access into a singular access point, customers can increase assured information sharing, improve IT system efficiencies, and lower costs.
