The award program was established by General Dynamics Mission Systems in 2020 to recognize and celebrate the contributions made by small business suppliers in supporting the company’s defense and government customers.

- Ryan Electric in Pittsfield, Massachusetts
- JEM Electronics in Franklin, Massachusetts
