Karen loves a good workout and can be often found at Solidcore. Her music favorites are a diverse 90’s mix CD that includes Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston and Boyz II Men.

Lead Talent Acquisition Recruiter
Hold yourself responsible to a higher standard than what anyone expects of you.
Debi joined General Dynamics Mission Systems in 2015. Her hometown is St. Anthony, Idaho and she received her B.A. from Boise State University and her M.B.A. from Grand Canyon University. When she’s not speaking to applicants about the great opportunities at General Dynamics Mission Systems, she is watching her favorite movie, Powder. An animal lover, Debi volunteers and rescues animals, which is why she has a number of rescue pets, including Loki the Maltipoo, Zak and Zoey the Shih Tzu’s, and Stella and Sebastian, both Persian cats.
For those starting a job search, Debi’s advice is to start by creating a plan: Why are you looking for a new position? What role/s are you looking for? Create or update your resume and map out your career search strategy, including building your network. Schedule time each day to conduct your search.
