GDMS 2025 Returning Interns Banner

General Dynamics Mission Systems is excited to welcome 250 talented interns across the company who are joining us this summer from over 90 colleges and universities! Our 10- to 12-week internship experience gives students a unique opportunity to fully immerse in our company, culture and community. Our interns get practical experience related to their majors and have opportunities to work on technologies that help make the world a safer place.

We are especially excited to have these interns returning for another year with us:

“In my experience General Dynamics values engineers who communicate effectively while innovating, and the most valuable lesson from my internship last summer was embracing continuous improvement. I really appreciated the team-focused attitude and emphasis on project ownership."

“I enjoyed helping to build and troubleshoot the computer networks my team was working on. I especially enjoyed it when I ran into an issue and was able to figure out a solution on my own. I loved being able to apply the computer networking skills I learned in school and learn about new networking concepts and systems."

“Getting the chance to see how large-scale projects are planned and coordinated was a great experience and gave me a much better sense on what software engineering after college can look like. It's a privilege to be surrounded by such a talented yet approachable group of individuals."
