The new General Dynamics EDGE Innovation Sourcing Network revitalizes its EDGE collaboration model to ‘crowdsource’ superior technical solutions for customers.
FAIRFAX, Va. – General Dynamics Mission Systems announces the new technical procurement outreach program, ‘TechScout,’ as part of its EDGE Innovation Sourcing Network™ (ISN). ISN is a fresh initiative for the company’s suppliers and small business vendors, using TechScout, to quickly and efficiently identify innovative solutions for General Dynamics customers. Suppliers will respond to TechScout announcements, submitting their ideas to solve the challenges facing warfighters, first responders and other end-users of General Dynamics’ solutions.

It is a virtual, open supplier innovation ecosystem building on the tradition of General Dynamics open collaboration model and building on the company’s commitment to small business, technical innovation and dynamic partnering. A virtual network with a full suite of online tools, ISN fosters collaboration with the General Dynamics Mission Systems supply management team to explore a full range of capabilities and technologies.
