Mike DiBiase is vice president and general manager of the Command, Control, Communications, Computing, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) line of business for General Dynamics Mission Systems. His executive leadership will drive success for the company’s ground-based satellite communication systems, radio and broadband products, and imaging technologies. DiBiase transitioned to his current position after General Dynamics combined General Dynamics C4 Systems and General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems into a single business entity effective January 1, 2015.
Prior to his current position, DiBiase was vice president of Communication Technologies for General Dynamics C4 Systems. In that role, he ensured the continued success and market growth for the company’s SATCOM Technologies products and solutions, tactical radios, security products and cyber solutions for the U.S. Department of Defense, government agencies and commercial customers.
Throughout his career, DiBiase has demonstrated engineering and business management expertise with highlights that include receiving the General Dynamics Leslie Warner technical award for his design work on the Mobile Subscriber Equipment (MSE) project for the U.S. Army. He was also selected to attend an intensive Government Acquisition six-month Program Management course at the Defense Systems Management College in Ft Belvoir, Virginia.
DiBiase holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Tufts University and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Northeastern University.
