On February 20th, General Dynamics Mission Systems is once again hosting a Ground-to-Air Radio Systems User Summit. This one-day event will bring together our community of customers and partners to educate, discuss, and collaborate on the latest in ground-to-air communications.

During the conference, participants will hear from General Dynamics Mission Systems executives, government agency representatives, and system users on ways to improve the Safety of Flight across the National Airspace. Attendees are invited and encouraged to join us immediately following the Summit for drinks and hors d’oevers to celebrate the delivery of the 20,000th CM-300/350 (V2) radio. Mr. Joshua Gustin, Manager, Communication, Information & Network Programs at the Federal Aviation Administration will be the keynote speaker at the celebration.

This is a free event open to government and military personnel, current partners, and customers.

Mr. Gonzalez will brief General Dynamics newly released URC-300TM line of sight radio that provides direct line-of-sight voice and two-way ground to-air communications for ATC personnel communicating with aircraft

Mr. Baker will share the benefits of the URC-300 flexible, software-based architecture designed to accept future enhancements through software upgrades such as FM waveform, support of external voice encryptors, and noise reduction through machine learning

Mr. Smith will describe the challenges associated with congested, dynamic RF environments and how General Dynamics is addressing those problems through the use of machine learning and open standards

Dieter Eier, Frequentis Vice President, Technical Solutions, and Mike Feeley A.A.E., Robinson Aviation (RVA), Inc., Vice President, Contracts and Administration
Mr. Eier and Mr. Feeley will present a combined briefing on the benefits of introducing the use of the Remote Tower (rTWR) technology to the National Airspace System for the provision of Air Traffic Services, to include other possible future applications of the technology
