FAIRFAX, Va.  - General Dynamics received a $28 million contract from the U.S. Navy. The contract will support the Navy's management of strategic weapons facilities. The contract, awarded by the U.S. Navy's Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) office, has a total potential value of more than $120 million over the next five years if all options are exercised.
